Kathmandu Office Manager – Request for Applications
The Kathmandu Office Administrator will report to the Country Director and help build
Nyaya Health’s Kathmandu operations. The position responsibilities will include financial
management and regular communications with various parties. This is a full-time
based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Special Responsiblities
1. Manage finances and accounting for Nepal-based programs using Quickbooks and
other accounting programs
2. Lead the Kathmandu-based operations of a rapidly expanding organization
3. Build support for Nyaya Health in KTM through advocacy
4. Serve as Nyaya Health’s spokesperson to partners in the government, other
organizations and potential donors
5. Manage procurement processes for Bayalpata Hospital and all of Nyaya Health’s
Nepal-based programs
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree. Strong working knowledge of Business Administration and
Accounting is preferred
2. Excellent verbal and writing skills in Nepali and English
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Detail-oriented, time-line oriented, and able to manage several tasks in various
work domains (financial transactions, procurement, grant-writing, high-profile
meetings etc)
